Important Notes:

This form is to advise the Madrasah about your commitments for the new academic year. 

It allows us to plan effectively and ensures our recruitment requirements are met.

Before filling in, please ensure that you take into full consideration other commitments you may have, such as college, university, work etc, as this will no doubt impact on your availability and ability to teach. 

You need to think of the ‘entire year’, and not just limit your availability to 1 or 2 terms (or the first few months). 

Teachers leaving mid-year (for whatever reason) cause disruption for pupils, this is not only unfair on the pupils, parents and the Madrasah, it is also something that affects progress for the remainder of the year. 

Holidays, Umrah etc During Term Time: The Madrasah gives most school holidays; hence teachers must book any holidays during these dates. No holidays should be taken during term time.

Ideally, every teacher should be able to teach all subjects and all ages. However, if possible, the Madrasah will try to accommodate your request. This cannot obviously always be guaranteed. Tick all applicable.
