Al-Birr Winners

Every year the Al-Birr Foundation organises and runs a national Hifz Quran competition, where the finest Huffaz, after successfully navigating through a preliminary test, are invited to attend a national competition.

This is a national competition with the “cream of the country” entering. The standards of Hifz, Tajweed and tune are extremely high. We have entered pupils in the last three years and Alhamdulillah, we have had winners in various categories.

Hafiz Adam Bashir

2015: Runner up in the 1-20 category
2016: 2^nd Prize in the 1-30 category

Hafiz Irfan Patel

2016: 1^st Prize in the 1-20 category
2017: 3^rd Prize in the 1-30 category

We hope to enter more pupils in the coming years.
